I’ve always wanted to try fasting for 1 day like the muslims do. Going without food is doable.. but water??

I woke up at 1230, feeling hungry after having nasi ayam briyani from wee pin for supper. Suppresed the feelings by looking for something to do.
(duh…. the only way not to be tempted is to do something else innit? )

Of course there’s a million and one things for me to do. Top of the list was my RC design which is due tomorrow.. yes… tomorrow.sunday.. Thanks to a weird lecturer who is probably a workaholic.. huhu  1pm

Had to wait for my group mates to wake up… before i could get anything done.
Found out we still had 3 beams missing!! ( ok..trust me..thats alot ) 2pm

Now i know how it feels to be around people who drink and eat in front of you when you are in thirst and in hunger.. My friend even cheng me 1 packet of teh ais. ( he din’t know i was fasting ) … 2.30pm

Feeling slow … the hunger is getting to me before the thirst although i thought it would be th other way around. Fingers are begining to feel numb.. loss of concentration results in more recalculations.. =.=   huhu 4.30pm

Continue doing RC, to the point that i lose track of time. Take a peek at the time.. 5pm.. 2.5 hrs to go…Feel tempted to jsut sleep it through.. but got work to do.

Getting weaker.. but glad that its almost time.. 6.24

Get a call from josh for dinner.. told him no.. I’m almost there.. 7pm

Finish my detailing and 2 beams at 7.25.. it won’t be long now.
Start blogging…

Now its 7.38.. can buka d gua…. wow.. 1 survived. But feel super weak.

Time to go eat liao.. now i understand why most of them look like wanan die like that.. Motor movements all slowed down.. probably in a response to my slowed metabolism….  hibernation mode liao..

The past 2 weeks have been a busy time for me and i wonder how i can maximize my time la..

Just the other day, i asked a friend to tabao dinner cos i was playing football..

Just moments later after returning from foobtall, i was off to a church members’ funeral service.
A young man, just at 18 was called home after a long battle with cancer.

When i came back, i was alrady 2 hrs late for a group meeting. Hai~ gomenasai to my design group /o.o\

So i just continued with the meeting till it was 1 something.

I came back and realized that i still had that tabaoed packet of rice waiting for me and i took it out to eat..

and finally i had my dinner at 1 40am

huhu.. life is so packed~

Get to feast like a king once again.. haven’t been back home since merdeka weekend.

On friday i khi gien eat at pasar rahmadan.. so i went to the 1 next to the mosque near my house…

Being at home for this few days after a few weeks of craziness has been very relaxing to say the least.

They say the best vacation you can have is a vacation that you can enjoy just doing nothing.. and its true.

Since coming back i haven’t had to run around.. or go to crammed places… or drive around in traffic. Just spending lazy afternoons at home, eating with my parents sounds like an idyllic holiday by itself.

I was in UTM only this past week from Monday till Wednesday and stopped in Melaka for a night, stopped at KL for a few minutes before coming back home.

Upon reaching home.. i discovered the keropok lekor i bought for my parents are already gone ~~ i thought they would leave some for me T.T

Haha.. but its ok cos i bought it for them anyway.
Ate some Rum & Raisin chocs with choco milk ~ hmm what could be better than chocs with choc milk…

Overall, the best thing about our nation’s 50th birthday if you ask me…
is the fact that we got a long weekend :p

Have you ever felt so elated by not failing?

Man… i have.. and it just happened to me a few moments ago.

I’m currently in UTM for a bridge model competition.. and the journey to UTM has been 1 of testing to the maximum.

WE built it in 3 days, finished the bridge 1 hour before leaving  on the bus to UTM, did the multimedia in UTM, and as of time of blogging.. the landscape is still on the way to completion tonight. Presentation did on the spot, and …..

The bridge broke on the morning of the competition…

Sibek jia lat…ngeh ngeh ciam ciam and a few hours later we’re on the stage ready for testing. I was presenting a whole lot of nonsense and the best part?

The bridge didn’t break… it held 5kgs for 30seconds and had a deflection of 1.3mm weighing in at 195g.

Wow…

I feel great cos we’ve gone through so much…. and the bridge, which was untested during production didn’t fail..

Yop.. its that time of the year once again boys and girls!

National day looms upon us once again and i cant help but not feel the semangat kenegaraan once again. Sigh.. one year ago i mentioned sumthing about my sentiments about merdeka and how the rempitness seems to be creeping into our NDay celebrations.

This year, i was more caught up with how much attention  namewee was getting for his satirical video about negaraku. Granted i don’t really understand much of it except for the bits in hokkien, but i think it s a shame that we can’t get that fella to do abit of promo for the country.

I think he has his own way of promoting the country, maybe it was one sided.. maybe it was not but you can’t say that he didn’t stir the interest of the public. Man, this guy has talent is funny.. abit crude but then again he’s just singing his heart out.

I recently read that he took down the video from his blog after his family was pressured. Jialat… i hope i havent written anything too controversial enough for the gahmen to press my family wor..

I can’t help to agree with him on some points ( eh gahmen… i din say i agree 100% harrr..dun press my family….)

Ahh, i ‘ve come to realize i haven’t post anything for this month yet.

Been very busy lately, alot of thigns going on in my life now. Studies are a big concern for me this acedemic year but haven’t relyl been going that direction yet.

I have however assembled my rig and it was completed ( .. i think.. ) with the arrival of my keyboard. However, somthing was amiss when i kept inputing ‘ / ‘ instead of ‘ ? ‘ because of the awkwardly placed shift key. It wass too short and there was another key in the way.

So i did what any sensible gamer/typist would do… Just flick out the obstucting piece lorr
